Thank you very much for the really great stay on 3 days business trip. The property's location is great, near food shops within 5 minutes of walking, ferry from/to Sassnitz, and the center and ferry port. Plus, a 15-minute walk brings you to St Paul's Church.

Nothing it is perfect.

The room was well, equipped and new, fashioned, with a work desk, a flat, screen TV. There was a huge variety of fantastic meals. the staff was welcoming. the location was particularly good and magnificent.

Good breakfast variety and taste. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bathroom with strong water pressure. Great central location. Small, quiet, and cute with cozy, well-equipped rooms.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and definitely worth it for the quality of service and amenities they provide. The attention to detail in the rooms is superb, especially the wonderful view from some of the rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, making you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. The location, right across the harbor, is simply perfect for exploring the city.

One of the highlights of our stay at the Palm Tree Hotel was the exceptional executive room with its stunning view. We were mesmerized by the picturesque scenery outside our window. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The Best Western Signature Collection truly lived up to its reputation in terms of room quality and aesthetics. The only minor concern we had was the bath/shower area, which could have used some non-slip items for added safety. Additionally, the glass doors on the tub to prevent water splashing into the room was a little worrisome, and we suggest replacing them with a safer alternative. our experience at the Palm Tree Hotel was enjoyable and we would recommend it to others seeking a pleasant and memorable stay.

What stood out the most was the delicious breakfast spread they offered. It had a variety of different dishes to choose from and was an absolute treat. Additionally, the hotel's location right across the harbour was perfect, making it easy to explore the city.

During my city break, I was pleased to find the hotel in a fabulous location with easy access to the city's main attractions. The room had a comfortable bed and the breakfast buffet had a generous selection of options to choose from. I really appreciated the good quality coffee and tea in the room.

The underground garage was a bit tricky to navigate, but the real disappointment was the lack of assistance from staff. If you arrive late, there are no staff members to assist you, and everything is done via access codes on your phone.

Perfect downtown location, modern room and bathroom with water boiler, reliable WLAN, delicious breakfast with fresh waffles, friendly staff, convenient storage after check-out.
